Among Ashland's completed projects is a 55-lot development in Volusia County's LPGA community. Offering a choice of seven models ranging in price from $289,900-$429,000, every home is located on the golf course, the water or a conservation area.
Ashland Homes completed the Greens at Westhaven in 2005, this residential community consists of 165 single-family homes priced from $150,000- $250,000. West Haven is a combination of six gated communities located in Davenport, Florida, which makes it conveniently placed for easy access to all the theme parks and attractions of Central Florida. Westhaven's three- and four-bedroom homes were built with custom features such as tile floors, oak cabinets, granite countertops and paver driveways.
In addition, Ashland has completed 316 homes in such established communities as Bridgewater Crossing and Eagle's Ridge, and has plans to join other prestigious projects.
One of Ashland's newest ventures is a yet unnamed development in southern Osceola County.
